The Leadership
Sandeep Sethi
Managing Director & PartnerHis combined experience in the business is 19+ years & he has managed various core aspects of the business during this tenure. He has both International experience of managing Global channels & Regional experience of Middle East & Africa region. He is a merit MBA degree holder from University of Newcastle, Australia and has held several positions prior to this role including Director Global Channels, Director of Sales - MEA & SEA region & Director of Sales & Marketing, MEA region.
Sandeep Thapar
Operations DirectorSandeep Thapar is Operations Director of IPS . Sandeep is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s Operations in Middle East and Africa region, as well as the Manufacturing Operations in Dubai. Sandeep is known for being a turnaround operational leader with 37 years of experience. Prior to joining IPS in 2017 Sandeep had worked for NCR for 25 years. Sandeep graduated from India with B.E (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
